Cheesecake Pecan Pie ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Eggs
  • c Sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 Pie shell -- unbaked 9 inch
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Pecan halves
  • 2 Eggs -- slightly beaten
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
  • c corn syrup-light
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla

Cooking Cheesecake Pecan Pie

1. Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
2. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Spread over bottom of pie shell.
4. Arrange pecans on the cream cheese mixture.
5. Mixi remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring well.
6. Carefully pour over the pecans.
7. Bakei at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
