Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks

Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks ingredients
- 4 Piece string cheese
- 1 pk (8) refrigerated breadstick dough
Cooking Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks
1. Separate the breadstick dough.
2. Take one piece and fold a little bit of one end over the end of one piece of string cheese.
3. Wind the dough round and round the cheese (this should go about halfway).
4. Take a second piece of dough and overlap it a bit over the end of the first piece and continue winding around the chees e to the end, folding the last bit over itself and pinching the seams all along the length of it to completely seal in the cheese.
5. Continue for the other thre e pieces of cheese.
6. Bakei for the time and temperature recommended for the breadsticks.
7. Wrap in foil and freeze.
8. To s erve: place frozen in lunchbox, it will defrost by lunchtime.
9. Or remove foil an d microwave for a warm snack.
10. Serves 4. This could be cheapened up by using h omemade bread dough and cutting a block of mozzarella into sticks.
11. Make and fre eze them in bulk and making lunch would be a breeze - just take it out of the f reezer and pop it in the bag.
