Cheese 'steak' pizza ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 small Green or red bell pepper
  • -- cut into thin strps
  • 1 small onions, thinly sliced
  • -- separated into rings
  • 1 large (16 oz) Italian bread shell
  • -- (approx. 12" diameter)
  • 2 c Shredded Mozarella Cheese
  • -(low-moisture part-skim)

Cooking Cheese 'steak' pizza

1. Preparation time: 30 minutes Heat oven to 400°F.
2. In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 6 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. Seasoni with ¾ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper.
5. Place bread shell on baking sheet.
6. Remove beef and vegetables from skillet with slotted spoon; arrange on top of bread shell.
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bakei 8 o 10 minutes or until cheese is melted; cut into 8 wedges.
