Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce

Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Dry white wine
- 1⁄4 c Chopped shallots
- 1 pk BUITONI® refrigerated Alfredo Sauce
- 1⁄2 c LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 T Chopped fresh sage
- 2 pk BUITONI® refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli or Roasted Chicken & Garlic Ravioli
- 2 T Chopped green onion
Cooking Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce
1. COOK wine and shallots in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 1 tablespoon.
2. Stiri in sauce, pumpkin and sage.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
4. PREPARE pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ¼ cup cooking water.
5. Stir reserved water into sauce; toss with pasta.
6. Sprinkle with green onion.
7. Seasoni with ground black pepper.
