Cheese Fondue 3

Cheese Fondue 3 ingredients
- 1 t garlic, chopped
- 1 c White wine, dry
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 lb Gruyere Cheese
- 1⁄2 lb Emmental cheese
- 1 t Cornstarch
- 2 T kirsch
Cooking Cheese Fondue 3
1. Finely grate the Gruyerei and Emmental cheeses.
2. In a flame proof dish, put in the chopped garlic, lemon juice and dry white wine.
3. Heat until liquid starts to simmer.
4. Add the grated Gruyere and Emmental cheeses.
5. Mixi the starch with the kirsch, and add to the cheese fondue.
6. Heat until the cheese mix has started to thicken - around 2 minutes.
7. Stiri in a dash of ground white pepper to season.
8. Serve with bread and potato cubes.
