Cheese cake, white chocolate ingredients
- 3⁄4 c blanched almonds, ground
- 3⁄4 c Quick oats, uncooked
- 3⁄4 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 1⁄4 c +2 T butter, melted
- 2 pk (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c Sugar
- 16 oz Sour cream
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 8 oz White chocolate, melted
- 4 Egg whites
- 1⁄8 t Cream of tartar
- 1 T Powdered sugar
Cooking Cheese cake, white chocolate
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; blend well.
2. Press into bottom and 2" up sides of 10" spring form pan. Bakei at 350
