Cheese and Pasta Pie ingredients

  • 6 oz spaghetti -- cooked and drained
  • 1 t Vegatable oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped parsley
  • 1 t basil
  • 1 c Ricotta cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Half-and-half
  • 1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t worchestershire sause
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper, to taste

Cooking Cheese and Pasta Pie

1. Combine noodles, oil and 2 beaten eggs.
2. Press on bottom and up sides of 10 quiche or pie plate.
3. Cover edge of pasta with greased foil; bake in a 375A1 oven for 7-10 minutes or until set. Cook frozen spinach accordi ng to box. Drain well.
4. Add sliced onion, parsley and basil.
5. Beat toget her ricotta, 4 eggs, and milk; add 1/2 c mozzarella.
6. Stiri in vegetable m ixture, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and Parmesani.
7. Spoon into pasta she ll. Sprinkle remaining mozarella on top. Bakei at 375A1 for 30-35 minut es or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
8. Let stand 10 min utes before serving.
