Cooking Cheddar-potatoe frittata
1. Cook potato in boiling water 10 - 12 min. until tender.
2. Drain well.
3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cookiing spary; place over med-high heat until hot. Add potato, tomato, g. Onioni, and spices until onion is tender.
4. Pour egg substitute over vegetable mixture.
5. Cover, cook over med-low heat for 15 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Cover, cook 2 minutes until cheese melts.
7. Cut into 6 wedges, serve immediately.
