Cooking Cheddar Corn Dip

1. COMBINE Welsh rarebiti and flour in medium saucepan; stir in corn, salsa and cumin.
2. COOK over medium heat stirring constantly.
3. until dip begins to boil gently.
4. Slowly add sour cream.
5. Garnishi with green onions.
