Chateaubriand ingredients
- 5 lb beef tenderloin
- 1 garlic
- 2483527⁄624973141 c worchestershire sause
- 2 T Fresh lime juice
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
Cooking Chateaubriand
1. Rub garlic halves over all sides of meat, discard garlic combine remaing ingredients-mix well.
2. Brush meat with sauce mixture.
3. Cover and allow to stand for 60-90 minutes.
4. Grilli over medium coals for 15-20 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
5. Bias-slice, across the grain, into paper-thin strips.
6. Serve hot.
