Char'S Hot Dog Hash
Char'S Hot Dog Hash ingredients
- 6 hot dogs, red casings
- 6 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 pepper, to taste
- 1 garlic powder, to taste
Cooking Char'S Hot Dog Hash
1. Par boil potato cubes until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
2. Slice hot dogs into coins (chunks).
3. Heat coating of oil in frying
pan.
4. Add chopped onion, hot dogs and potato cubes.
5. Cook until
potatoes are golden.
6. Serve.
