Chai Spiced Tiramisu

Chai Spiced Tiramisu ingredients
- 2 Egg yolks
- 2 T Sugar
- 3 dr vanilla extract
- 1 c marscapone cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 5 Golden Chai tea bags
- 1 t Spiced Rum
- 2 t Sugar
- 12 Ladyfingers
- Cinnamon/Sugar Mix: 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Cooking Chai Spiced Tiramisu
1. Preparation Time: 30 minutes Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
2. Add vanilla extract.
3. Foldi in cheese until mixture is smooth and velvety.
4. Bring water to a boil.
5. Pour over Golden Chaii bags in a small bowl.
6. Let steep for 2-3 minutes.
7. Set aside to cool.
8. Add Spiced Rumi and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
9. In a clear bowl, spread butter on bottom and sides of bowl.
10. Sprinkle some of cinnamon/sugar mixture on top of the butter.
11. Carefully dip ladyfingers in Golden Chai blend.
12. Place on bottom of clear bowl.
13. Add 1/3 of cheese mixture.
14. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture.
15. Repeat this step 2 times until leftover cheese mixture is the top layer.
16. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon/sugar mixture on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
17. Makes 8 servings.
