Ceasar salad

Ceasar salad ingredients
- 20 Large romaine leaves
- 1 Head lettuce
- 1 c French bread cut ½ in cube
- 1 Large garlic clove
- 1 Eggs
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄2 Juice of one lemon
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 1⁄2 t worchestershire sause
- 1⁄4 c Grated romano cheese
- 1 Fresh ground pepper to taste
Cooking Ceasar salad
1. Wash and dry lettuce.
2. Wrap and refridgerate.
3. Warm bread cubes in 275 °F oven, tossing until hard and dry but not burnt.
4. Mash garlic into side of large salad bowl.
5. Ease egg into boiling water and boil exactly 1 minute, then crack into bowl, breaking it up with fork.
6. Add salt.
7. Add lemon juice, olive oil and worcestershire.
8. Mixi well.
9. (makes about ½ cup dressing).
10. Add lettuce leaves, tossing to coat thoroughly.
11. Add romono and pepper.
12. Tossi again.
13. Arrange on 2 dinner plates.
