Cauliflower-broccoli medley

Cauliflower-broccoli medley ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower head
- 1 bn Broccoli
- 2 small Onions, sliced and separated into rings
- 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 c Vegatable oil
- 1⁄3 c Vinegar
- 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 2 sli bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cooking Cauliflower-broccoli medley
1. Wash cauliflower, and remove green leaves.
2. Separate the cauliflower into flowerets, slicing the large ones into bite-size pieces.
3. Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
4. Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly.
5. Cut into bite-size pieces.
6. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
7. Combine remaining ingredients except bacon; add to vegetables, tossing gently.
8. Chill several hours or overnight.
9. Garnishi with bacon.
