Cattle kings' ranch hand chicken soup ingredients

  • 6 c Strong flavor chicken stock
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped Carrots

Cooking Cattle kings' ranch hand chicken soup

1. Bring stock to a boil in a large pot. In a separate large pot, heat oil and saute carrots, celery, onion, zucchini and yellow squash.
2. Add boiling stock to vegetables, then stir in rice; season with salt and pepper.
3. Ladle into bowls and top with cilantro.
