Catfish& Crawfish Mold ingredients
- 1 c Chopped parsley
- 1 c Cream cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
- Salt to taste
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 1 lb Catfish meat, cooked
- 1 t Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 lb Crawfish meat, cooked
- 1 T -Lea and Perrins
Cooking Catfish& Crawfish Mold
1. Chopi catfish and crawfish in food processor.
2. Add wine, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Mixi real well.
4. Add hot sauce and Lea Perrins worcestershire sauce.
5. Mix well.
6. Add cream cheese.
7. Mix well.
8. Refrigerate overnight in a mold.
9. Serve with crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
10. You can use shrimp if crawfish aren't available.
