Catfish with spicy orange sauce ingredients

- 1 T hoisin sauce
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sherry
- 1 t Grated fresh ginger
- 2 Green onions; chopped
- 1 lb Catfish fillets
Cooking Catfish with spicy orange sauce
1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the orange juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry and ginger.
2. Mixi well.
3. Add the onions.
4. Spray a large, non-stick skillet with vegetable oil spray.
5. Heat over high heat until hot. Add the fish fillets and cook for 1 minute on each side.
6. Add sauce and boil 1 minute.
7. Turn fillets and boil 2 minutes longer.
8. Remove fish to a serving platter.
9. Boil sauce 1 minute longer, until it is reduced and slightly thickened.
10. Pour over fish.
