Catfish in beer

Catfish in beer ingredients
- 3 T butter Or margarine
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 Green onions; chopped
- 2 Catfish fillets, large
- c flour
- 4 Mushrooms, large, sliced
- 3 oz beer, light
- 2483527⁄624973141 Lemon
- 1 worchestershire sause
- 1 Rice, white
Cooking Catfish in beer
1. Browni finely-chopped garlic and onion in butter, sizzling hot. Lightly flour catfish, add to pan with mushrooms.
2. Pour in beer and treat fillets with juice of of half a lemon.
3. Add a couple of drops of worcestershire.
4. Sautei over medium heat, turning, until brown on both sides.
5. Serve on hot plates with rice.
6. Use pan-gravy over the rice.
