Carrot cake ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 2 t Soda
  • 2⁄3 c Cooking oil
  • 2 c Grated carrots
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 c Chopped nuts
  • Frosting:
  • 1 small Pk cream cheese
  • 1⁄4 Stick margarine
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 1⁄2 c Powdered sugar

Cooking Carrot cake

1. Mixi all ingredients in order; beat well.
2. Pour into 2 9x5x2-inch loaf pans.
3. Bakei at 350 degrees one hr. , or until done.
4. Frosti with the following frosting, if desired.
5. Frosting: mix all ingredients well.
6. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
