  • 1 c Young carrots pared and Sliced crosswise

  • 3 T flour

Cooking Carrot and Apple Pie

1. Cook carrots in salted water until barely tender.
2. Mixi all ingredients lightly.
3. Put into pastry lined pie pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp flour and dot with 1 tsp butter.
4. Cover with pastry.
