Carob chip cookies #2 2 ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 c Whole-wheat flour
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄3 c butter or oil
- 1⁄3 c Honey
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1 c Carob chips
- 1 c Chopped nuts

1. Preparation : sift the dry ingredients together.
2. Creami the butter, honey, egg and vanilla.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
4. Add the carob chips and nuts.
5. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bakei in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Makes 3 dozen.
8. If they spread out too much when baking refrigerate the dough before placing on cookie sheet.
