Caraway Red Cabbage

Caraway Red Cabbage ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1⁄2 c Chopped onion
- 2 t Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 3⁄4 t Carroway seed
- 2 t White vinegar
- 1⁄2 large red cabbage, shredded
Cooking Caraway Red Cabbage
1. In butter, cook onions.
2. Add 1 cup water and all other ingredients.
3. Simmeri covered for 8 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp.
4. Serves 6.
