Caraway cakes ingredients

  • 1 t Lemon juice

Cooking Caraway cakes

1. Creami sugar and butter or butter substitute.
2. Add egg yolks.
3. Beat thoroughly.
4. Add lemon juice, flavoring, and grated lemon rind.
5. Sifti flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking powder.
6. Add alternately with milk to first mixture.
7. Add caraway seed.
8. Mixi thoroughly.
9. Foldi in stiffly beaten egg whites.
10. Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
