Caramel icing

- Course: Various Desserts Icings and frostings Cakes
- Yield:
Caramel icing ingredients
- 2 c Brown sugar
- 1 c White sugar
- 1 T white syrup
- 1 c Cream
- 1 T vanilla
Cooking Caramel icing
1. Cook together all ingredients except vanilla until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into cold water.
2. Add vanilla and stir until desired consistency to spread.
