Campbell soup - teriyaki ingredients

  • 1 cn Condensed Beef Broth
  • 1⁄4 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 c Sliced green onions
  • 1 large Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T Brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 t Ground ginger
  • 2 lb Sliced sirloin steak

Cooking Campbell soup - teriyaki

1. Combine broth, soy sauce, green onions, garlic, brown sugar and vinegar.
2. Cut steak into long strips about 1 inch wide.
3. Marinatei steak for two hours in soup mixture.
4. Thread on 6 skewers.
5. Broili about 2 inches from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes) basting with marinade and turning once.
6. Heat remaining marinade, and serve with meat.
