- 4 lb Pork loin rib roast
- 2 T -Shortening
- 1 cn Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄2 c Chopped onion
- 1 T Paprika
- 1 med Bay leaf
- 1⁄4 t Salt
Cooking Campbell soup - hungarian pork roast
1. Ds pepper in large heavy pan, brown meat in shortening, pour off fat, stir occasionally.
2. Cover; cook over low heat 2 hours 15 minutes or until done.
3. Add soup, water, onion and seasonings.
4. Remove bay leaf, thicken sauce if desired.
