California Nut Pie ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1⁄3 c Honey
  • 1⁄8 t Salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1⁄2 c butter Or margarine
  • 1 1⁄4 c nuts
  • 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

Cooking California Nut Pie

1. Combine eggs with honey, salt, vanilla and butter.
2. Stiri in nuts.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Bakei at 350°F 40 to 45 minutes.
5. Top with honey sweetened whipped cream or soft vanilla ice cream, if desired.
