- 30 ml Paprika
- 10 ml Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 10 ml Cayenne pepper
- 5 ml white pepper
- 10 ml Ground black pepper
- 20 ml Salt
- 10 ml Mixed dried herbs
Cooking Cajun Seasoning 2
1. Combine all the herbs and spices.
2. Apply liberally to fish or chicken fillets, pressing firmly onto meat before frying.
