- 1 lb tofu, firm
- 1⁄4 c Mirin
- 1⁄4 c Tamari
- 1 t ginger, fresh, minced
- Ds Pepper, cayenne
Cooking Cafe kula grilled tofu
1. Cut tofu lengthwise into 4 "filets".
2. Mixi together mirin, tamari, ginger and cayenne.
3. Marinatae tofu in mixture for at least one hour or overnight.
4. Grilli tofu over hot coals until heated through and lightly browned.
