Caesar salad

Caesar salad ingredients
- 1⁄2 Head romaine lettuce
- 4 oz Parmesan cheese
- Dressing
- 1 t Grated lemon zest
- 3 T lemon juice, fresh
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 2⁄3 c Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 t White wine vinegar, optional
Cooking Caesar salad
1. Wash and dry lettuce.
2. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
3. For dressing, combine the lemon zest, juice, garlic, and vinegar (if desired), salt and pepper in blender and mix. With blender on, slowly add olive oil, continuing to mix until well blended.
4. Immediately before serving, pour dressing over lettuce.
5. Add grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
