CABBAGE CASSEROLE

CABBAGE CASSEROLE ingredients
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Stalks celery, chopped
- 3 t margarine
- 4 lb Lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 med cabbage, shredded
- 2 apples, sliced thin
Cooking CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. In skillet, saute onion and celery in margarine 2 minutes.
2. Add beef and
salt and stir another 2 minutes.
3. Spread half the cabbage in 2 qt baking
dish and cover with half the apples and all the meat mixture.
4. Add
remaining cabbage and apple slices.
5. Cover and bake 1 hour.
6. Nice with
mashed potatoes or noodles.
