Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars 2 ingredients
- 1 pk NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
- 6 T butter Or margarine
- 2 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c Chopped walnuts
- 2 pk Cream cheese
- 1⁄2 c Granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1⁄4 c All-purpose flour
- 2 T Lemon juice
Cooking Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars 2
1. PREHEAT oven to 350° F. MICROWAVE morsels and butter in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir.
2. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Stiri in crumbs and nuts.
4. Reserve 2 cups BAKE for 12 minutes.
5. BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.
6. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Beat in flour and lemon juice.
8. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
9. BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack.
10. Cut into bars or diamonds; refrigerate.
