Buttermilk Fondue

Buttermilk Fondue ingredients
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄8 t Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t white pepper
- 1 lb Swiss cheese
- 2 c buttermilk
Cooking Buttermilk Fondue
1. Combine cornstarch, salt, nutmeg, and white pepper-mix well add swiss cheese-toss to mix well.
2. Heat buttermilk in a large saucepan, over a medium-low flame.
3. Add cheese mixture.
4. Heat and stir until melted.
5. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish.
6. Serve hot, with assorted dippers to the side.
