- buttermilkchocolate cake:
- 4 oz Sweet german cooking chocolate broken into 4 pieces
- 2 1⁄3 c Sifted cake flour
- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2⁄3 c Unsalted butter; softened
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 large Eggs
- Coconutpecan marmalade:
- 1 c Evaporated milk
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 large Egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 c Unsalted butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1⁄3 c Coconut flakes
- 1 c Pecan piece
Cooking Buttermilk Chocolate Cake w/Coconutpecan---Pt 1
1. butter three 8 inch cake pans thoroughly and line the base of each with baking parchment.
2. Rub a little more butter onto the paper.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
