Butterfish with lemongrass ingredients

  • 1 T Veg oil
  • 2 lb Butterfish or other fillets
  • 1 1⁄2 T Vinegar
  • 1 T Thin sliced fresh lemongrass
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 pn Sugar
  • 1⁄2 c water

Cooking Butterfish with lemongrass

1. Heat oil in frying pan on med. add fish and then other ingred.
2. simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
