Buttercream frosting

Buttercream frosting ingredients
- 1⁄3 c butter, softened
- 16 oz Powdered sugar;
- 1 Speck of salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 T Light cream/evaporated milk
- 1⁄4 c Chopped nuts
- 1⁄4 c Burnt sugar syrup from cake
Cooking Buttercream frosting
1. Creami the butter in a large mixing bowl.
2. Beat in the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and burnt sugar syrup.
3. Add cream to make the frosting good consistency for spreading.
4. (may need up to 2 tablespoons or more.
