Butter Icing

Butter Icing ingredients
- 3 c confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1⁄3 c butter, or margarine, softened

- 3 T Cream
- 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
- ---ORANGE---
- 3 T Orange juice
- 1 1⁄2 T Orange rind, grated
- ---MOCHA---
- 3 T coffee, fresh, strong
- ---PINEAPPLE---
- 1⁄2 c Pineapple, crushed, drained
Cooking Butter Icing
1. Blend confectioners' sugar and butter.
2. Stiri in until smooth one of the variations.
