Butter Icing ingredients

  • 3 c confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1⁄3 c butter, or margarine, softened
  • ---VARIATIONS---
  • ---STANDARD---
  • 3 T Cream
  • 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
  • ---ORANGE---
  • 3 T Orange juice
  • 1 1⁄2 T Orange rind, grated
  • ---MOCHA---
  • 3 T coffee, fresh, strong
  • ---PINEAPPLE---
  • 1⁄2 c Pineapple, crushed, drained

Cooking Butter Icing

1. Blend confectioners' sugar and butter.
2. Stiri in until smooth one of the variations.
