Butter cream frosting ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c butter, room temperature
  • 16 oz Confectioners sugar
  • 3 T Milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Cooking Butter cream frosting

1. Beat all ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth.
2. Use within 30 minutes of making.
3. If crust starts to form, beat again until smooth.
4. Makes 2
