Bulgogi (marinated sirloin steak) ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin
  • -strips)
  • 2 T Sesame oil
  • 2 T Cooking sherry
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1⁄3 c soy sauce
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Or 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 t Pepper

Cooking Bulgogi (marinated sirloin steak)

1. Mincei garlic and chop onion (finely).
2. Mixi all ingredients with the steak strips.
3. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp.
4. Or 2 hours refrigerated.
5. Broili until done to your liking.
6. Serve over rice.
