Bulgogi #2 ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin
  • -strips)
  • 2 T Sesame oil
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 T Cooking sherry
  • 1⁄3 c soy sauce
  • 1 t Pepper
  • 1 large Onions
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • Rice for 4

Cooking Bulgogi #2

1. Cut steak into thin strips no longer than 2 inches.
2. Mixi all ingredients (except rice) with the meat.
3. Let marinate 1 hour room temp.
4. Or 2 hours in the refrigerator.
5. Broili until cooked to your liking.
6. Serve over rice.
