Brussel sprout oriental ingredients
- 2 lb Brussel sprouts, washed
- Water, salted
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1⁄2 t Seasoned salt
- 1 T butter (or marg.)
- 5 oz Water chestnuts, drain/slice
Cooking Brussel sprout oriental
1. Simmeri brussel sprouts, covered, in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
2. Add other ingredients and heat.
3. Serve hot.
4. Food exchange per serving: 1 vegetable exchange.
