Brussel sprout oriental ingredients

  • 2 lb Brussel sprouts, washed
  • Water, salted
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Seasoned salt
  • 1 T butter (or marg.)
  • 5 oz Water chestnuts, drain/slice

Cooking Brussel sprout oriental

1. Simmeri brussel sprouts, covered, in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
2. Add other ingredients and heat.
3. Serve hot.
4. Food exchange per serving: 1 vegetable exchange.
