Brown rice - pressure cooker

- Main Ingredient: Cereals Rice and Grains
- Preparation: Pressure

Brown rice - pressure cooker ingredients
- 4 c water
- 2 c Long-grain brown rice
- 1 t Salt
Cooking Brown rice - pressure cooker
1. To cook reduced quantities: reduce all ingredients proportionately but not below one-fourth.
2. Pour water into cooker.
3. Bring to boil on high heat.
4. Add rice and salt.
5. Stiri. Close cooker.
6. Bring to full pressure on high heat.
7. Reducei heat and cook for 18 minutes.
8. Remove cooker from heat.
9. Allow to cool naturally for 5 minutes.
10. Press finger-tip control lightly to release pressure.
11. Open cooker.
