Broth Cooked Pasta Tossed with Olives and Parsley ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta, your choice
  • 1 qt Vegetable stock
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 25 Kalamata olives, pitted & diced -=OR=- olive paste
  • 1⁄4 c parsley, chopped

Cooking Broth Cooked Pasta Tossed with Olives and Parsley

1. Cook the pasta in the boiling stock until *al dente*.
2. Drain.
3. Reserve the stock for future use. Tossi the hot, drained pasta with the remaining ingredients & serve immediately.
