Broiled Oysters

Broiled Oysters ingredients
- 1 jar raw oysters -- (10 oz.)
- 4 T Cracker crumbs
- 2 T margarine
- 1 T Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Broiled Oysters
1. Wash and drain oysters.
2. Roll in cracker crumbs.
3. Lay on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
4. Melt margarine; add lemon juice.
5. Spoon mixture on top of each oyster.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Broili 6 to 10 minutes or until browned.
8. Turn oysters; spoon on remaining margarine mixture.
9. Seasoni and complete the broiling.
10. One serving (4 oysters) may be exchanged for 2/3 bread exchange, 2 meats and 2 fat exchanges or 11 grams carbohydrate, 16 grams protein and 17 grams fat. Makes 8 servings.
