Broiled chicken breasts ingredients

  • 2 Whole chicken breasts, split
  • 2 t Seasoned salt
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper
  • 1 GLAZE, YOUR CHOICE (SAUCES)

Cooking Broiled chicken breasts

1. Place skinned and split chicken breasts in in broiler pan or jelly-roll pan. With flesh side down.
2. Sprinkle half the salt and pepper on the chicken breasts.
3. Broili 4 or 5 inches from heat for 20 minutes.
4. Turn chicken over, sprinkle each breast with remaining salt and pepper.
5. Brush with a glaze of your choice.
6. Continue to broil for 15 to 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
