Broiled catfish steaks

Broiled catfish steaks ingredients
- 16 oz Catfish Steaks
- 1⁄4 c No-Salt Added Tomato Sauce
- 1⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 t Sugar
- 3⁄4 t Fresh dill, minced
- 1⁄8 t Paprika
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 t worchestershire sause
- 1⁄2 t Vegatable oil
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Lemon slices
- Fresh dill sprigs
Cooking Broiled catfish steaks
1. Rinse steaks under cold, running water; pat dry and set aside.
2. Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
3. Brush half of mixture over 1 side of steaks.
4. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray.
5. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5" from heat.
6. Carfully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mixture.
7. Broili an additional 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
8. Garnishi with lemon and dill, if desired.
