Broiled Buffalo Chicken Wings

Broiled Buffalo Chicken Wings ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lb chicken wings
- 1⁄4 c butter
- 3 T Hot pepper sauce
- 1 T Vinegar
- Vegatable oil
Cooking Broiled Buffalo Chicken Wings
1. Chill celery and Blue Cheesei dressing if you are preparing them with wings.
2. Preheat oven broiler or BBQ. Trim off wing tips.
3. Separate wings into 2 sections.
4. Slowly melt butter in large saucepan.
5. Add hot sauce and vinegar and remove from heat.
6. Brush oil on both sides of wings with vegetable oil and place on broiling rack.
7. Broili 15- 20 minutes.
8. Tossi wings and sauce together.
9. Less fattening than the traditional deep fried version.
