Broiled bay scallops ingredients
- 1 lb Bay scallops
- -or sea scallps halved
- 1 t Paprika
- pepper, to taste
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 T parsley, chopped fresh
Cooking Broiled bay scallops
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Rinse scallops and pat dry. Place in a baking dish.
3. Seasoni with paprika and pepper on al sides.
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
5. Broili scallops about 3" from heat source 3 minutes, until they turn opaque.
6. Turn to make certain they are cooked through.
7. Garnishi with parsley per serving: 101cal; 45mg chol, 2g carb, 20g pro, 233mg na, 1g fat exchanges: 3 low-fat meat %fat = 8.
