Broccoli and bits-o-barley bake

Broccoli and bits-o-barley bake ingredients
- 1⁄3 c AM Bits-O-Barley
- 3⁄4 c water
- 1⁄4 t Sea salt (optional)
- 1⁄2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
- 1 cn Cream of broccoli soup
Cooking Broccoli and bits-o-barley bake
1. Combine all ingredients except soup and cheese in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 minutes.
3. Add soup (undiluted) and cheese, bake for 20-30 minutes at 350°F.
4. Or until mixture is heated through.
5. Suggestion: add some sauteed onions, bell pepper, celery or spices of your choice.
