Bread pudding,chocolate ingredients
- 1 Bread, to fill dish 2/3 full
- 2⁄3 c Sugar
- 2 T Cocoa
- 2 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
Cooking Bread pudding,chocolate
1. Into a greased casserole dish break up enough bread to fill it 2/3 full.
2. Over this pour 2/3 cup sugar, 2 heaping tbsp cocoa that have been mixed together.
3. Tossi all together lightly ( to coat the bread).
4. To 2 cups of milk add 2 well beaten eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
5. Pour this over the bread and it should just cover the pieces.
6. Bakei at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
7. Serve with milk.
8. or with a lump of butter melting into the nice warm pudding.
9. Or with cool whip, etc.
